        Asking a favor to fasten the screws of my eyeglasses. Didn't want to help me at all, because of my eyeglasses was not brought from them. Very poor customer service with old fashioned business mind. So won't be visiting again though I planned to make a new replacement.

        I've been going to Welbourne for as long as I've lived in Lancaster - 20 +years. I love their care in the eye test, always prepared to answer my numerous questions, their attention to detail during that v tricky point of choosing new glasses and excellent aftersales service.
