Barchester - Laurel Bank Care Home

The staff are so kind and friendly and its such a beautiful place!

My husband John visited Laurel Bank for 11 days recently and was most impressed with the condition of the Home and the staff. He went with some trepidation, but when he entered his room he found it to be clean and the staff were all friendly.

Laurel Bank is a lovely big home, with beautiful gardens. The staff are all wonderful, so friendly, kind and caring.

My nan is currently in this care home and I couldn't of picked a better home the home always appears to be clean and tidy the staff keep me up to date with her health. My nan is someone who didn't want to be in a care home as many of us don't but she is happy and content and seems to get on with the staff who are friendly and polite I couldn't ask for a better team of people. Due to the pandemic I haven't been able to see her but the home as always ensured I can either call or videocall her so we can keep in touch on a regular basis which I m greatful for.

My Mum spent her last fourteen months at Laural Bank. The staff were all very kind and caring, Mum couldnt have been in any better hands.
