My mother in law paid over 80,000 for an extension after numerous phone calls to come back and finish the jobs that she paid for Wayne never did sadly she passed away and never got to see it finished I am now having to pay another builder to complete the works and also do it myself as he never got it signed of either I have had to pay a large sum to get it signed off which has been paid twice as the works wasnt completed on time
