Steve Perry has to be the worst person I have had to deal with in a number of years. Rude, argumentative and totally unprofessional. Even his fitters have moved to other companies. Avoid at all costs.

We know this company has finished trading now, and there is no chance of us getting any refund, but Steve Perry shouldn't be allowed anywhere near the tools to fit a carpet, or have any dealings with the general public, his all round attitude is diabolical, we are 800 out of pocket, and he received our money 2 months before he got round to doing the job, we thought we were helping out a new local business, but I kick myself for not doing more research, when he came back to look at his handy work, he told us it was fitted badly because we had a higher quality carpet, yeah, so if I'd of bought a cheaper one he would have fit it properly, what a joke, if you come across this name in the future, do yourself a favour, avoid at all costs.

Always friendly and goes above and beyond even during the Multi Lockdowns we had. They have been let down by staff but still kept going and helping their customers. Steve has been an absolute trooper and Jo is fantastic too! They are a small team and always do whatever they can to help. SHL Team
