Rubbish estate agent. I have been searching for properties in Morecambe and some are listed with Parkinsons. I have left multiple enquiries and its been over two weeks I haven't heard back. And during these two week one property even decreased the rent, landlord might be thinking there is no demand. But the ugly truth is the estate agent is lethargic and useless. I feel soo sorry for the landlord who use their service.

In all of my experiences with estate agents, Ive found Parkinson to be an anomaly. Every experience with them has been very negative. Whether its their interpersonal skills or doing the job theyre paid to do, theyve failed every time. Rude, slow and inadequate. Dont expect to get your rental deposit back either.

The worst letting agent I have ever encountered in UK, Im a tenant and a landlord, I have encountered many different property agents in Lancaster and West Yorkshire, this is the worst I ever had, not only staffs are so rude from the very first day I signed the contract and paid my deposit first month rent and got the keys in their office, horrible attitude, and they didnt tell me the basement is constantly flooded all year round before finalising the agreement, after 18 months I left the tenancy agreement and they even tried to not give me back my deposit, that was when I checked with the 3 deposit protection scheme agents I couldnt find any information, I requested 4 times to get my deposit or the written information of my deposit protection scheme and dispute resolution servicethey still never give me that information, finally returned my deposit after 2 months. Unbelievable I will never use this agent again. I almost take this to Lancaster county court, if they let me wait another week. Its 0 star from me.
