        Not recommended. The optometrist was kind an helpful but the management of the service was apalling. Appointment cancelled with no notification, glassess fitted with the wrong prescription, long waits, rude staff on the phone. Avoid.

        Very thorough including peripheral vision and photos of the eyes. Told me two years ago I did not need to change glasses.

        I couldn't manage to find an appointment with Specsavers (who I usually go to) for 3 weeks and I desperately needed my eyes testing. I wondered why Boots Lancaster had so many available slots, as I managed to get an appointment straight away. I wish I'd waited 3 weeks to go Specsavers.
