Very rude, lady was aggressive husband was more reasonable yet offered no alternative very simple case of you are disabled and wear sweat pants due to issues with your legs, youre not coming in and we will actively discriminate as you very likely will do nothing about it. No entry without face mask despite exemption and sporting sunflower lanyard and reasonably asking for a private appointment. No offer of we have a temporary mask if you could just for 5 minutes. No offer of a private appointment just bawled at by a lady who claimed to be be owner, incredulously the angry lady was wearing a visor only when guidance was clear visors were a supplement not in lieu. Tried to complain to the company to receive short reply from Anthony (owner/the husband) stating was nothing to do with exemption it was supposedly our manner. The owner shouted at me saying shed done too much to protect her parents and wouldnt have someone like me ( ) risking all that work due to an exemption. Someone like me? Attempted to visit on our day off and we were in casual clothes. Caste system is rife in Lancaster. No apology at all despite the lady being frantic, discriminatory and aggressive. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Went around every jewellers in Lancaster and these are the only ones to fix my mums watch very grateful and very reasonably priced, wouldnt go anywhere else
