        I've only been in my new rented property a few weeks and so far I've been extremely impressed by the level of service from Royle Estates. To be handed the keys to the property along with a "welcome pack" was a first for me and I've rented all over the country and never had one. Since then any enquiry/question I've made/had has been replied to promptly and efficiently which is a complete contrast to my previous letting agent. 10/10 from me so far!

        They responded to any issues straight away and all were dealt with, full deposit was returned and everyone was very friendly and understanding when I dealt with them. My experience of Estate Agencies before this has been frustrating but Royle have been a breath of fresh air!
