        Was chaos trying to get in contact with the individual dealing with our property and no one else at the office could provide help till said person was available to take our call. House was listed for 9 months with no sale going through at the end of this period. Had to switch to a different estate agent who managed to get the property sold within a few months.

        Apparently if you want to rent a house with friends of 35 years you can't because for some reason it becomes a HMO absolute garbage.
