        Taken cat the other day as been breathing not right for months and wanted answers, there answers after paying 50 with only listening to his heart and lungs that they said was all okay! Then said to put him to sleep!!! No diagnosis was even tried to explain it and didn't do all tests as they should. It was a Spanish vet we seen and was as if she did not care!!! In past have been brilliant but telling us cat would die on way home and now 3 days on going strong we will have to take to another vet for diagnosis!! Rip off and don't care

        Store staff are generally friendly, stock levels can be hit or miss. Went into the shop and a manager was giving performance feedback to a colleague on the shop floor for about 5 mins. Seemed like a more appropriate conversation to have in the back office. When I bought a fish the person who helped me was fairly knowledgeable however I specifically said I wanted a male fish, picked one from the section of males only to take it home and it's a female fish. It's also not the correct type to what I paid for. I don't want to take it back and exchange it because the others looked sick and depressed.
