        Booked my vehicle in for an MOT and service. Was given a time and date by the garage for the work. Dropped the vehicle off at 8am as agreed, did the handover with the garage worker. Was told it would be ready early afternoon, all my details were left in case of any issues. Arranged somebody to drop me off and take me back to the garage as I had no other transport all day. Returned to the garage at 4.30 to collect my vehicle and absolutely nothing had been done to it, not even moved from the spot I left it ine only to be told that it hadn't been looked at all day. No phone call, expired MOT, no service. I also run a small business and if I did the same to my customers I would be out of business, utter joke!! Service: General repairs & maintenance
