I have had the pleasure of dealing with Gemma Read whose expertise, knowledge, professionalism, negotiation and interpersonal skills were exceptional together with her desire to succeed with pure grit and quiet determination mixed with her integrity, honesty and her very own "personal touch" is to be highly commended This was supposed to be a quick sale/purchase with no chain on either side, however there were unforeseen issues that cropped up that all parties were unaware of when negotiations started.The sale/purchase of this property could well have fallen through if Gemma had taken her eye off proceedings for one second, she never did. Through Gemma's expert negotiation and interpersonal skills she made the impossible, possible and with days to go before a mortgage offer expiry date and the very real possibility of the sale falling through I am so happy to say that we completed. Gemma treated the buyers/sellers with respect in equal measure and everyone was kept in the loop at all times. Gemma also spearheaded the unravelling of challenging legal issues using her problem solving skills to help and guide all parties towards the next step which involved very challenging and highly complex negotiations. Gemma and Erica worked extremely hard to push for the purchase of our house. They are extremely hard working, clear and approachable. 100% will be approaching for these 2 again in the near future

So disappointed with Farrell Heyworth in Morecambe. Very experienced a poor customer service enquiring about one of their rental properties. After sending an application forms through, we waited a few days for a response which we never received. Couldn't get through the landline to chase up the progress and all when I realised the property was marked as LET AGREED. Nobody even bothered to let us know... Very unprofessional.

We have just sold my fathers property with Farrell Heyworth, Morecambe and would recommend them without hesitation. From start to finish the service was excellent. I was kept up to date during all stages of the sale of the property from valuation to completion. Professional, friendly and great communication from everyone involved.
