Absolute pleasure working with Kelsey and Damien on a rental in Lancaster. So kind, caring, happy and positive. They kept me updated daily, any questions I had they responded within minutes. We initially had a good experience with this company. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff has been great and they have tried to accommodate our needs. However, we have constantly been messed around and it's gotten to the point where it is extremely upsetting. We were supposed to move into a property in mid April, but kept getting delayed. First reason was we had to view the property in person, so we did this. We were supposed to be originally move into the property 22nd April but we have been faced with delay after delay, after delay. First they need us to view it, second the landlord needed to do some works, third the landlord hadn't even started the works, even though we were told that we could move in for definite on 6th May. My husband is due to start a new job and another delay is outright unacceptable as it will put his job in jeopardy.. We have lost money because of these constant delays and having to change the utilities. 4 times we've had to change everything now and we simply cannot do this any longer. We have been given empty promises and frankly, we have had enough. I didn't want to have to write this review as some members of the team have been great, but the constant delays have put us in a bit of a mess and as you can imagine, we are very upset and stressed out. If it weren't for our current landlord being so understanding and flexible, we would have been homeless for a few weeks!!! Now just imagine if they weren't ?
