Recently purchased and fitted carpets throughout the house. Did an excellent job! I couldn't be happier with the product, work and service I received. Mick gave great no nonsense advice throughout the process.

Excellent service and very reasonable in price. I had new carpets and underlay purchased and fitted by Kemps this week for my bedroom, landing and stairs. The carpets look great and feel really good quality and both fitters were very professional, friendly and helpful, especially Kevin who moved the furniture back into place in the bedroom. I definitely recommend Kemps, I have used them in the past and will certainly be using them again in the future.

A fantastic family run business who over the Pandemic have kept prices low and worked tirelessly to ensure I received my items despite deliveries back logs. The two brothers had great knowledge of the products I required and the service was of the highest quality. It just goes to show local family business still has its place where quality and professionalism are concerned.

Having been a customer of Kempts for many years, I have been utterly shocked by the recent service I have received. Knowing the two brothers who own this company, I have always had good service previously. However, my recent shopping experience has been anything but positive. There was a problem with the supply of the carpet which I selected. I was noticed of this by Facebook messenger, with no solution suggested. So I went into store, I was rudely greeted by a comment of "Oh he's here, quick lock the doors" Then no one was wanting to serve me, I came up with a solution of picking a different carpet and also suggested that supply only might work for me, if they were having an issue with fitting. Micheal couldn't have been any less helpful to my suggested solution, his reply was "Why don't you go else where!" I was completely shocked at such a statement. I believe in supporting local businesses, however I don't believe in being so rude to customers. These guys clearly don't want or need business - my family and I will be avoiding this place from now on.
