        Very good staff, they are black and white versus the mumbling bumbling person I spoke to on the phone at Kwikfit, Lancaster, who only offered 1 tyre for my Audi. The lady on the phone at HiQ suggested various options, said she could have them there that afternoon, which they did, and they were fitted shortly after she'd let me know. The place was really busy which is hardly surprising given the good service and great price. Shame about Kwikfit - try employing people who not only know about tyres (although the chap I spoke to didn't demonstrate that skill or the ability to speak!) but have some customer skills.

        Very bad behavior from staff and I went twice for wheel alignment appointment. First appointment i left my car there 3 hours. They didn't do and give me another appointment. I went there second appointment then They told me they can't do it. You have to come another time.
