        Attended the shop to try on running shoes. I enquired about the most suitable shoes given I suffer from over pronation. After trying on the recommended shoes I told the person serving me I would not be buying anything today. I enquired about the make/model of the shoe but he refused to give me details of this as he claimed "I might go and buy them online". He then hid the box so I could not see the make of the shoe. He was very rude and dismissive of me once I told him I would not be purchasing anything. I would have considered buying the shoes at a later date, but after his treatment, especially given he alienated me in a store full of customers, I will not be shopping here again. It appears the sole motivation of this shop is to take your money they do not care about building customer rapport and provide terrible customer service.
