        Tried to warn them about a scam house they are advertising, but totally dismissed by them. Would not use them as not concerned about people losing money

        Truly terrible. Poor communication, I had to constantly chase for updates. Emails were always left completely unanswered. The estate agent arrived late to every appointment. The manager has an attitude problem and is argumentative and condescending. All in all a terrible experience. I will never buy or sell a property again with this company. Horrendous experience.

        have done business with them regarding buying and selling some property of mine in Lancaster, UK, and though I was not physically present there (because I am a resident of Greece) they were simply extraordinary! The staff is really willing to help, always friendly, positive and understanding. I could really ask for no more from a Real Estate Agency.
