        Clean store, however woman working in mens section incredibly rude, definitely requires some further training in customer service.

        Excellent service from Michelle in the Mens section regarding a delicate situation. Staff like this are a credit to the company.

        I had to travel to the UK on short notice and stay longer than expected. I told my wife back in the States I was going to buy some clothes, and she asked me to pick her out some underwear and a bra. I asked the lovely and very courteous Ms. Jenny for advice on sizing, which would have been slightly embarrassing for me as I am somewhat old fashioned, but she was a consummate professional and answered my questions and helped me get what my wife asked for. Checking out, Alfie was also super helpful and answered questions I had about laundering some menswear I bought for myself. A well managed, clean, organized store with a great crew.
