I contacted TP about my pension options and cannot praise them enough. Tarnia called me to ask a few questions and I sent her other information via their business chat account which is a very secure system. After 3 days she emailed me with all the information I needed and the options available to me. She also sent an Excel spreadsheet which broke down the options in more detail but was still easy to understand. As the work she did took less than 2 hours I got all this for free. I would recommend that anyone needing financial advice should get in touch, you've nothing to lose.

My very first call with another finance advisor was not good and I was even more insecure about getting myself into the finance world. From my very first contact with TP, I was informed who would be talking to me, the area of expertise and how they could support me. When we had the appointment, it was completely different - so good! Took away all the insecurities and taboos, felt like talking to a friend! Tarnia made it easy to comprehend some terms, provided tips and how I can proceed next, all aligned to my goals. Definitely would recommend TP to anyone - Especially to anyone like me, who is new to finances and would like to get a better understanding of the overall options and what suits better!

Id highly recommend TP. I felt completely at ease talking through the various scenarios and choosing how to safeguard my children if and when the inevitable happens (we were looking at life cover and critical illness cover). Tarnia was really patient helping me choose the right products and terms for me, offering several different versions, even finding a plan with an annual health check. It felt like I was discussing it with an old friend, but at the same time she is extremely professional and explains everything clearly, answering all the questions I fired at her as they popped into my head. I didnt feel embarrassed talking about how much I can afford, or going through the paperwork with her. I now have peace of mind!

Anything to do with numbers and finance, I have always found terrifying. Tarnia took the pain away completely, holding my hand as I looked at my pension; giving me the information I needed simply and effectively; and helping me find a pension that suited me, my lifestyle, my future and my ethics.
