Weve had several rental experiences from this branch. The service is always lovely, all the cars weve had so far have been very well maintained and in good condition.

The van was not there to collect when I came to the Enterprise location at the time of the reservation, even though I had received an email confirmation of the time. I was told the van was not due back for another 90 minutes, so the Enterprise location staff offered to deliver it to my home address and I agreed. When the driver arrived with the van, three hours late, he said he could not safely park in my generously sized driveway. When I pointed out that there was an empty driveway opposite so he could back straight into mine, he became angry and drove off with the van. I had helpers lined up and everything planned and scheduled. Enterprise ruined my planned move. No one from Enterprise contacted me, although Customer Service said they would refer the matter to the Area Manager. Telephone reservation and Customer Service staff whom I called after the driver drove off with the van all confirmed that my reservation, with the correct time, was in their system. They were very polite and sympathetic, and were appalled at the Enterprise employee's behaviour, but that did not solve the problem. I completed the move the next day, using a different company, which provided the vehicle when they said they would -- which is the basic level of service one would expect from a vehicle rental company that plans to stay in business. Update a week later: Enterprise pretends to care about its customers by posting an automated message asking reviewers to provide more details and documentation. A week since I took the trouble to send them the original booking details and documentation of the facts, no one from Enterprise has contacted me. It is ten days since an Enterprise employee turned up at my property three hours late and said he was unable to park in my driveway, which I had left clear for him. It is ten days since he lost his temper when I said that if he could not safely park the van in my driveway he should not be driving it. I attach photographs showing the driveway that the Enterprise employee said he could not safely park in, and the much larger rental vehicle that, as a non-professional driver, I parked there the following day. It is ten days since the Enterprise employee drove off in the van he was supposed to deliver. I reported the facts to Enterprise the day they occurred and in the ten days since, no one from Enterprise has contacted me to establish the facts, or to seek a remedy. Enterprise's automated expressions of concern are fake. Enterprise is a company that failed to hold up its end of the contract when it confirmed the agreement to provide a rental vehicle. It has failed to take the first step to resolving the situation by contacting me or establishing the facts.
