        There was a group of us booking to go on electric sunset cruise for next year.Kath was amazing sorting us all out as we were all booking separately. Use Tui all the time,never a problem. Currently sat at the airport ready for a Tui holiday and got another booked in a few months.

        Visited the store after our booked holiday was cancelled by TUI. Jasmine was so helpful. She couldnt do enough to sort everything out. Her and the manager resolved all issues, booked a new holiday for us with amazing discount. Reassuring, pleasant and amazing service.
