I really enjoyed having my Sunday meditation at this centre. The teacher had the most wonderful manner of speech, a very soothing voice perfect for guiding people through the meditation. The teachings were equally gentle yet impactful. Moreover, people were offered tea at the end which made the community that much more welcoming.
