        Very slow at processing orders and getting them to their couriers, who then take a while to get it delivered. No one is answering calls at their customer services team

        Ordered through Amazon, first time product didnt even turn up second time (even though the price had gone up) its still not arrived having spend a second day waiting in! Really terrible service with no apologies or consideration for a customer so dissatisfied

        Bought some Elixir tomato halos / grow pots. These are Garden Innovation grow pots relabelled as their own. (They forgot to relabel half of them). Save yourself 15 and go direct to garden innovations
