        Terrible to work for .toxic environment. Unless your a yes person on hrs and have no life you will fit in .most of the good reviews will be fake ,as the workers are told to do reviews and what to say. Incompetent. But if face fits your ok..it looks pretty from the outside but ugly with the management. Be careful it's defo not what it seems and no morals.

        Started working for Alcedo 3 months ago! I honestly didnt know what to expect given that there is always a lot of mixed reviews towards caring but I honestly couldnt be happier!! From the very first day they have made sure I have had the training, support and confidence to be able to carry out my job to the best of my ability! I love the staff I work with and the clients we care for! Iv just passed my 3 months of probation and now ready to start my NVQ! The opportunities this provides are immense! Thank you so much for all your support!
