Asked for a quote online twice. Completely ignored

After speaking to someone on the phone and arranging to drop off my car first thing in the morning and leave it with them for the day to complete the job, we arrived in two cars after 45 min one way journey to be told that the earliest they could do was three days later than I had previously arranged. I found that the staff was unapologetic, not to mention that half of them just stood around vaping when apparently they were too busy to book my car in. Would not recommend, waste of time and money.
