Asked to come and price up a job...was told that satellite dishes were hard to come by and that Sky were buying them all up. Promised to phone back to let me know when they could come. Never called back and never answered my calls...so now I have called another company....

Awful service. Carried out work on an adjoining property to resite our satellite dish. The dish was then pooly placed & attached. When, inevitably, it stopped working we were strung along for days with one excuse after another. When my husband contacted them *again* (after this company failed to contact us as promised) we were told to 'get somebody else to do it'. Obviously this company doesn't need the business therefore I suggest you go elsewhere.

Rang on 4th January for a repair to an aerial that had originally been fitted by Red Rose Aerials. Stated he would be unable to come out until 7th January and it would be early afternoon. Still waiting for visit or phone call. I have used this company many times over 33 years but seems loyalty is one way traffic. My wife has had a serious accident and is unable to walk so TV is her lifeline at the moment.
