        Lovely and friendly staff, cant fault them at all. The security for when the main office staff arent in or for weekends are not always the most helpful as they are generally quite lost however will always try and help. Laundry machines are expensive and frequently do not work, however this is due to the provider not luneside. The room is very nice and the shower/oven/radiators all work well! From some rooms you get a great view of the castle and yearly fireworks! All in all would highly recommend living here. These pictures are from a premium studio.

        Luneside is a great place to live :) it is in a lovely part of Lancaster with nice views. It is a quiet area too so there is no rowdiness or loud noise but it doesn't take long to get into town, to the bus station or train station. There are always friendly staff available to help with maintenance issues or if you have lost your keys. It feels really safe. The flats are well designed with good quality furniture and appliances. The downstairs study area is a big asset for a change of scenery while doing uni work and Luneside puts on fun activities such as pumpkin carving or pancakes for pancake day. Thank you Luneside :)
