Stay away! System is not safe! and They are not honest! They didn't pay my referral fee (which was promised by their manager) for 1 year! I have been using the system for the last 3 years. - I just found a bug in their system (Which is really serious and dangerous). This bug allows you to access other companies' system. I explained to CCP what is the bug and how it works. Then they fixed it with my help. They just said "thanks". That is all. - They needed to pay me a "Referral Fee" but they didn't pay it! Which was promised by their manager! - They easily lie just to get money from you. Everyday, you have different issues. It doesn't make works easier for you. It makes everything harder.

Just a quick heads up for anyone who reads this - we have been told by Cloud Commerce Pro that they are closing their platform and migrating everyone over to Channel Grabber (the company who bought them out last year). Even still, they're asking us to pay them for custom integrations for the knowledge that they are closing the platform(!) All after making everyone sign new 12 month contracts a few months ago. Issues/Bugs are not being fixed, and it feels like the platform is on 'cruise' mode until the date they close it. I'm pretty sure there is now just one person on the support tickets/phone calls.

Honestly don't bother! Cost a fortune to set up, constant glitches, horrendous customer support, then after you have a contract with them they tell you they can't integrate with the couriers they have on their list of "couriers they integrate with". They give you a "cheaper" first year then double it the next year after you've invested so much time and effort in to getting it reasonably working! I could go on and on and show chats with their "customer support" but all I can say is don't waste your money!

Service absolutely awful, product whilst in theory is good is let down by lack of support which isn't available when you need it ...and you need it often. After using it for 7+ years now they shouldn't need this long to get it right. Channels keep de-syncing and not pulling orders through on eBay, Amazon so stock levels are completely unreliable, having to cancel orders because stock has not properly come off when sold. Cant get through to customer support via phone easily, at times we've been on hold for so long that they've shut for the day. Their chat system is awful, often we don't even get responses. Promised the world, NOT delivered the website in all this time, as totally an unsatisfactory product with poor support that isn't available when you need it. Happy to take my money and double my monthly costs even though they haven't provided a service worth paying for.

Took 1 year, still not live yet, cant get hold of anyone for past two weeks, paid 4000 set up fee, automated responses. 3 people we were dealing with no longer in business... Very worried now as to what to do next! Avoid
