        Excellent service and value from a local business. Bob was very patient and helped us choose the right wood burner for our needs.Joe and team did a fantastic job fitting out our chimney and clearing away all the mess, highly recommended

        Don't use - bought an electric fire from them about 4 years ago and the fan has become extremely noisy (which is obviously not their fault). However, sent them an email about 3 weeks ago about a repair to it and they've not had the courtesy to reply to my email. Happy to take your money for a new purchase but after service is non existent!!! Would have expected a lot better from a family business!
