Coastal Medical Group - Morecambe Health Centre

Practice has really gone downhill. Been a patient there since Dr Evans and Dr Sykes were there, both (excellent doctors) are now long gone and it's hard to even get to see a doctor in person these days, let alone a specific doctor who's familiar with your conditions. If you ring up, you're on hold for half an hour, whereupon you have to explain your medical issues to the receptionist and if you're lucky, one of the nurses will phone you back at some point. Even if you ring up at 8am when it opens, the appointments are all gone by the time they get around to answering your call.

Stopped a needed tablet after 26 years because I have not been for a review, can't even get an appointment for other issues never mind a review, absolute poor service

Telephone numbers on this Google site for bay medical group doesn't work So now I'm going to have to find it another way or call a different surgery.

Disgusting service i couldnt get back to the place to get my sons diabetic meds so i sent his dad and they refused to give him it till they seen me. I will be holding them responsible if anything goes wrong with him. This has happened countless times now and nothing changes
