Great service. Staff were lovely and friendly. They explained all the procedures fully and were very efficient. Staff were all very caring and I was offered tea and coffee several times which was freshly made and came with biscuits! Thanks.

Unfortunately my experience has not been great with them. I was diagnosed beginning of August. I've had two cancelled appointments by them so far and delays of up to a month before they rescheduled. Also no explanation as to why they cancelled given and I'm still waiting for my bone scan results from over a month ago. I don't have a surgery date yet and it's been 3 months! In one of my appointments I was made to wait over an hour after my scheduled appointment time before I saw the consultant. As 3 others pointed out as well, no one answers the phone. It's very frustrating and stressful at a time when most women are anxious anyway.

A very bad service as no one answers the telephone. Is there any receptionists? Women could potentially be dying as no one responds. The message should give clear directions for patients of alternative choices, especially if they believe it to be urgent.

Just had core biopsy. I would like to thank the staff dearly for their kindness and professionalism. I had numerous mammograms, plus ultra sound as to get the best pictures prior to biopsy as lump was in a difficult position. Staff were so politely and friendly. I was there 4+hours and was given coffee and tea regularly... freshly made from a kettle too :) THANK YOU xxx

Absolutely lovely!! All the staff so nice and polite. Even the consultant, some aren't! In and out in an hour. Felt looked after and happy!!
