        I have found the service of this accomodation appauling and have many issues, so let me list them briefly: firstly the room advertisement is false, they try and give you a unlivable space saying it is the same as the website. Staff are not in reception in the hours they say they will be. They try and impliment new rules outside of the tenancy agreement. The internet is un-useable as a student or anyone for that matter. The facilities are falsely advertised, there is no gym or cinema room like some of the other (paid for) reveiws suggest. And the interaction with certain staff members has been hostile at best. Be careful.
