Apart from the management letting out the premise while it was still in construction, no repairs are carried out and the amenities are nothing as shown in the pictures on the website. Further, the tenants were left with no heating during the winter months. To make matters worse, there are frequent water leaks and some of us didn't have water in the bathrooms. I have had hot water very inconsistently. I mostly bathe at the university because of this. The amenities are poorly maintained. The gym floor is full of mud because the construction is still ongoing. To sum up, it's certainly not a luxury accommodation as advertised and students face nothing but harassment.

This place is not what it claims to be. My daughter, a student of Lancaster University, lives here and there's no hot water and the heater doesn't work so often. Plus they got students to move in this year even without having the site completed. Water leaks from the light sockets in the ceilings, often the water is turned off on the pretext of it being fixed. Also none of the facilities advertised on the site such as gym, study room are operational. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here.

I have not had heating in my room for a week now and its like -4 outside me and my Flatmates are literally dying.
