They do not respond to your calls or emails and provide false information and then change the price. They were supposed to have my boxes delivered and I tried for 3 weeks and they responded only last week. They do not admit they have made mistake and do not compensate for the lost time caused by them. They also don't respect you during communication when you have been waiting for 3 weeks and very poor customer service. Never storing with them again!

Very bad company, they put the property in the warehouses of ordinary homes in a random way, not like the pictures at all. A person is not allowed to take a key or look at the warehouse location. Because there is no specific clean place. this is after just one week storge with them

Strong, friendly and efficient. The guys provided me an excellent service on a house move. John went out of great lengths to squeeze us in when our move day changed. Eternally grateful

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD Not responsive and not professional. Storing 13 boxes but returning only 12 boxes with 1 that's not mine. Telling them they had returned the wrong box and they promise they will return mine to me. But after that they are starting to ignore my message and email, not being responsive and didn't admit they did wrong. I got the conversation on hand, please don't use this company, they are totally not professional. After a year I still not receiving my box and I truly believe they are either stolen my box or lost my box. ONCE AGAIN, DON'T USE THIS STORAGE COMPANY! btw until (2022) now they still not answering any of my message, not even agree to have compensation and responsible for their fault. :)
