Bought a second hand mulberry Alexa through instagram and Anna couldn't have been more helpful. She sent me pictures, she was super knowledgeable and I received my bag special delivery the next day. Can't recommend enough!

I can't recommend The Exchange Lancaster highly enough. The service is brilliant, even dropped off some items for me which was very kind. Anna and her team take superb care of anything you place with them to sell. Anything you buy comes tissue wrapped and in perfect condition. This place really is an asset to Lancaster.. and helps us all stop the Fast Fashion nonsense and get brilliant quality items at a fraction of the price x
