In the Lancaster store the service was very good, however the store did not have the item in stock but it could be delivered. There was a delivery charge, we chose Wednesday the charge was higher than Thursday and then we were informed that it could not be done on Wednesday, it would have to be Thursday (bear in mind we had been charged for a Wednesday delivery) we agreed to that. This morning (Wednesday) we received a message to say that the television would be delivered on Friday ! Well Friday would be difficult for us because of commitments, So I try to get in touch both numbers to ring gave various options ending up with a website to go to, so I eventually gave a verbal reply the computerised voice could not cope with so it put me through to a human being who I think has sorted things out, we'll seen Thursday when the item should be delivered. I do think that if you want to sell something, if its is not in store and you offer to deliver instead of the customer walking out with the purchased item that delivery should be FREE. R. Shore
