I went in a couple of weeks ago to buy a new nose ring and a ouple of hoops for my cartilage ear piercings, I asked them for help with the sizing and was assured that they were the right size with the girl telling me the nose hoop was the same size as the one I already had in. When I got home, I found another nose ring the same size as the one I have in but gold and compared sizes and it was too small, I also tried to put in the hoops for my ears but as I was about to put them in, I realised they would also be far too big. I didn't put any of them in as I know there's hygiene regulations and simply put them back in the packet. I went back three days later with the items in the complete same condition as I bought them and was refused a refund. 12 straight down the drain for products I could have got for under 6 in total on ebay, but I wanted to support a local business. I won't be buying from them again. They obviously just gave me careless advice to push a sale knowing I couldn't return them anyway. Very disappointed.
