I've been in to see Rhiannon twice to get a sports massage (The Stretch) during my training for and after running my first marathon. Besides being very efficient and practical, the massages were also very relaxing. Rhiannon is also very pleasant and attentive. I will certainly be going back!

I booked in for a 60 minute full body deep tissue massage with Rhiannon and I couldnt have asked for a better service. It was very easy to book via the online system, with a subsequent email reminder the day before treatment regarding the appointment and confirmation of time and treatment etc. I have had a few physio/massages before and have to say this was by far the best one. Rhiannon was able to rectify and relieve all of the knots in my back using a deep tissue technique combined with suction pads. The environment is very tranquil and professional and I will definitely be returning in the near future. I would highly recommend for anyone, as she offers a service ranging from relaxation techniques, through to deep tissue that may be more aimed at injury from repetitive strain, or a combination. If that wasnt enough, she is very friendly and very knowledgeable about anatomy and physiology.
