Back Room SAM has been our design and marketing partner for the last 12 months. Since working with Sarah we have been able to develop a coordinated approach to our branding that had been simply absent from our business previously. Back Room SAM's efforts have definitely resulted in an increase in the brand recognition of our three sites, and provided us with a strong structure on which to build our future branding and marketing decisions. I have been using Back Room SAM's Business Buddy Support Service for about a year now to get my bike fitting and specialist physiotherapy for cyclists business up and running. This has been a cost effective way of having long term support during the setting up of my business. Sarah has been invaluable in helping developing and implementing a marketing strategy and in the design of my company logo and marketing materials. Each meeting is both productive and fun, with a structured but flexible agenda for each meeting giving me the scope to focus on areas of the project I need greatest assistance with at that time. I have been very satisfied with Back Room SAM's work. Two areas stand out in particular: the quality of the graphic design work and the support in how to use social media in my marketing strategy. I regard it as a very worthwhile investment!

Back Room SAM was where I thought I could go to understand how to effectively market my language provision to create a more positive flow of work coming in. The half-day marketing session I had with Sarah helped me consider good and potentially effective marketing strategies and gave me useful marketing training. It also provided me with with a better understanding of how to practice business in a way that I had not previously considered. Back Room SAM has an approach which is diligent and yet easy to work with. The attention offered to me has been a great support. I feel like I now have something solid in the way of knowing how to better deal with marketing issues which are sure to soon present themselves in the near-future as I begin to trade more. I would recommend Back Room SAM to anyone who wants to give their business marketing strategy a proper and timely rethink. Sarah's service comes with just what you need it to, and, it must be said, a rather nice bit more.
