        Warning. Do not use this company. Their communication is shocking and billing is all over the place. I have been trying to turn off the meters for over 6 weeks. They don't ring back or reply to emails and have actually stopped allowing top up which has left an apartment with no electricity. Badly trained staff and terrible company

        Shocking, meter readings have now doubled since we had these installed! apparently, bearing in mind the average UK electricity bill being 30-40 for a 1-2 bedroom flat we are now paying 60 per month. The calculations and meter readings don't add up, and we shouldn't be paying this much, we are currently in talks with citizens advice on how to tackle this!
