I just called to ask if they offer next day dry cleaning, and although they dont, the lady on the call was quick to tell me where I can get next day dry cleaning done, and what times theyre open til, as well as offering info on their parking etc.
Absolutely fantastic and utterly unexpected. When Im next in Morecambe, Ill be using The Laundry Company because any organisation that confident to recommend a competitor, speaks volumes to me about how good their cleaning services are that theyre happy to give prospective customers info of other service providers in the area.
Highly recommend.
