me and my partner booked a table We ordered prawn dishes...My partner found something sharp in her mouth..She pulled out a 4 inch piece of metal pan scrub.. We were offered another dish and we managed to get a tenner off the 69.50 bill We wont be going again

Turned sour when revealed heart attack victims need to honour deposit despite large bill Do not leave a deposit for this place. We booked for 11 for a family meal and unfortunately 1 member of my family who was travelling 230 miles to attend had a heart problem and was admitted to hospital via A&E . Despite notice and a restaurant that was not full they retained as a penalty 40 for the 4 members who could not travel. I understand the need for deposits to avoid cancellation but this was in addition to the meals we paid for the remainder 8 attendees. Outrageous...
