Would never recommend this company. Moved my sister and her 8 children into a property in disrepair. Left them 2 winters so far with wet mouldy walls and no insulation. The children are cold, poorly and miserable. And my sister has fought and fought and got NOWHERE. Now she is at a loss and has to watch her mental health decline as her husband and her children's childhoods are literally becoming ruined by these awful circumstances. So much more to say but I'll leave it as this. Please avoid this company.

Avoid!! These people moved and left us a family of 10 into a 1900s disrepair\unfinished house in morecambe. The walls are all mainly old thin latin with made up hair all old crumbley and moves when you push it. Easily broken exposing thin wooden beams behind not good with children. Penatrating Damp issues and readings of 99.9 and bad condensation in most of the 10 rooms .cheap weak door handles and door hines and window locks easily broken . unfinished work 3 fans fitted lwas due back to get them wired in and never came back. Very poor loft insulation 2 winters like this and unsturdy loft beam anf again poor brital ceiling round the loft. No raditor in working order in kitchen or bathroom. Woodworm in kids bedroom unsafe wobbly floor boards with nails in. 3 inch scrrews where left in the stairs cutting my sons heel. Been fighting a year and still am i have a solicitor and council housing standerds involved and still they have failed to do the work they have admitted disrepair but thats it ! they where asked to pay us 2200 and cut us down to 750 then agreed 1050 and said work will be done in 120 days set by our solicitor and again failed to even start it . court will be the road now which shouldnt have to happen and a claim will be put in also 10 of us have to live in the property whilst heavy work is being done and the smallest member is 10weeks old i have allthe proof you need and reports ifyou are like us fight for your home and your rights dont let them win ! We wont

One of the worst landlords I have ever had to rent off. For repairs or fixing things they're brilliant. Cant fault. However if you have any issues with a neighbour or anyone else apart of Guinness then your screwed. Look on their Facebook page if you don't believe me. Anti social behaviour is a joke to them. Ihad issues regarding my neighbour, he assaulted me on many occasions, threw abuse at my partner and my 18 month old daughter, threatened to set my house on fire, was caught peering through windows at the early hours, he would ring our doorbell at stupid o'clock. All they do is tell you 'record' him doing it for proof. Shocking excuse of a company. Wouldn't even move here if your desperate. Trust me there's always somewhere better than Guinness. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
