Having used Holiday Inns extensively in UK and France this hotel a disgrace to IHG The worst Holiday Inn we have ever used. We phoned Reception 7 times before arrival and no reply. Room had a dirty towel from previous occupant(s) in a wardrobe. Dinner was not a pleasant relaxing experience as advertised: Dining room was like a factory canteen. If you book here then it is probably worth going to a "fast food outlet" for a better experience. Food was ordered on a tablet and the selection was limited (unlike the menu emailed to us by the hotel). No person to take order, limited staff and very impersonal. They did supply a table football machine to make sure dining was relaxing ------ unlike the email sent before arrival. Breakfast was superb. Great selection of food and a plethora of staff. We made our disappointment known at Check-out and we were told management would be in touch. We have heard nothing and again they don't answer phones at this hotel.
