Regent Bay Holiday Park

We stayed in a static at regent Bay. The kitchen floor was dirty and sticky. The lounge carpet was wet and smelled of wet dogs main bedroom carpet was also wet where the radiator had leaked no hot water or heating. we had to tell the office 3times during our 3 night's stay. But it didn't stay fixed for long Couldn't have shower. Had to put oven on to heat the place. Guess work for cooker temperature as the numbers had rubbed off caravan not fit for purpose. I have asthma and arthritis so made my pain worse with the damp. Not happy at all. We have stayed at this site before and the caravan was imacculate. Good for all amenities as withine walking distance with my difficulty waking around. It would be very nice if a voucher was offered as it was supposed to be a nice break

We had such a lovely holiday. The caravans were nicely appointed, and overall it had an aura of cosiness we really enjoyed. The staff were so helpful and the entertainment team went above and beyond to help my send kids to be able to enjoy the experiences available. The onsite restaurant was solid pub grub and the app made everything very simple. We had a really wonderful time. Nearby activities: Very good location for activities around Morecambe.
