I used replenish for about a month now, I absolutely love it! I use the lose meal package (5 meals) for my work day lunches. Its super easy and everything tastes amazing! Its really helped me get my weight moving again after getting in a rut. Thank you everyone at Replenish!

Replenish is a life saver for me! I order the smaller size meals and this is perfect for lunch time which means Im on track throughout the day. The food is delicious with the right balance of macros. The menu is revised regularly so you dont get bored of the same meals and there is more than enough choice each time! A firm favourite of mine is the West Indies vegan curry even though Im a true meat eater! Customer service is always exceptional. Ive recommended plenty of people and all have loved what they have had!

These guys are superb at what they do, they offer advice, have a fantastic delivery service and the most delicious tasting meal preps you can possibly imagine! Its easy, all your micronutrients are on the pack so you can keep in check exactly how many calories you are eating. As theyre already cooked all you need to do is heat up the food and in 3 mins its ready so absolutely no need to go off plan because you cant wait for your next meal! This way of eating really works for me. I'm a big lad and a terrible snacker on bad things. The portion control is a real winner with this way of eating - just eat what's in the container - don't pile your plate high just because there's some left in the pan! The other thing that is great is the ease of the whole thing - my meals are ready in 3 minutes in the microwave (and no washing up!) I forgot to mention the quality and the flavours- both very very good! I can't fault Replenish Kitchen - it's a 10 from Len!(my Grandfather's name - couldn't resist it!)
