We engaged with Chris (The Lawn Ranger) having moved into a new build property with freshly laid turf to the front and rear. Contact with Chris was easy by text message and his replies were always quick friendly and professional. We arranged for him to come and have a look at our gardens to quote for regular mowing and maintenance. When he visited our home, he was very respectful and provided a very reasonable quote for regular maintenance. During his visit he was again very friendly but professional and communicated clearly what was needed and how and when he would do the works. Before visiting to mow the lawns, he messaged in advance to forewarn he was coming and to enable me to unlock the gate. He arrived on time and as planned. His work was thorough and mindful to the fact our poorly laid lawn was water bogged, taking care not to create a mud bath. The edges were strimmed neatly, and all grass cuttings cleaned up. Later that day he sent his very reasonable invoice by email for payment which was simply and conveniently completed by a click of a link. Chris reviews are well deserved, he takes great pride in his work, is thorough and is a respectful and friendly guy who we would not hesitate to recommend (which we have already). Chris came to the property within days to give me a quote and carried out the work not long after. First and foremost the work was first class, excellent attention to detail and went above and beyond to make sure my garden looked as it should! Chris is a top guy and really cares about the work he does. Ive already booked him in to do more work with me! 10/10, would definitely recommend.
