The staff were very helpful and efficient. Sue and Gerry in particular were very kind and understood what was important to us. They were mindful of the best times to contact me and I didn't feel rushed to make decisions which was much appreciated. Tarnia and team were efficient, respectful and dignified and ensured that on the day of the funeral I didnt have to worry about anything. This allowed me to focus on supporting my family and reflecting on the good times we had shared with mum. Thank you to everyone, including those involved in mum's care who I didn't have the chance to meet.

Complete care and attention at such a difficult time. A pleasure to communicate with, very efficient and sympathetic. I really recommend them, good value too, with no hidden extras. They just need an easier name to remember!

I used Preston Ireland Bowker recently for my Grandad's funeral and I couldn't make any complaints. This was the first funeral I have had to plan and I was fully supported the entire time. From the funeral arrangements themselves to the frequent check-in phone calls I received, I was constantly being reassured that everything for my Grandad was being fully taken care of. On the day of the funeral, the funeral director was a constant presence throughout the afternoon and would constantly ask me if I needed anything from her. They even took my family and I to visit the nurse who cared for my Grandad before they dropped us off. Even after the funeral was over with, I was still receiving phone calls to ask if I needed any further help from them! Preston Ireland Bowker were invaluable during the arrangement period of my Grandad's funeral - because of them something that was extremely stressful and difficult was made more bearable. Thank you for taking care of my Grandad and supporting my family and I throughout the funeral and after.
