Hanging Basket

Shocking experience! My children spent 61 on flowers for Mothers Day and were left in tears when they arrived! Could have got the same bunch from a local garage for 8. Emailed no response, left a post on Facebook- deleted! Wouldnt ever use them again! Mistakes happen, own them and apologise!

I ordered special roses for valentine's day with extra cost, but in the end they provided mixed roses between normal and special one. Very disappoint.

Very disappointed. My boyfriend went in on behalf of my grandmother to buy a card for my grandfather funeral flowers as she had made a mistake on the one given. The man behind the counter said we should have used them for flowers and then had a box of cards thrown on to the counter while he went off. Saying here are the cards they are 50p each and walked off. The seller had no understanding that we are currently grieving showing no compassion at this difficult time or humility. Will not be returning in the future.

Visit from Preston, called in wanting a bunch of flowers just to brighten up our home. The gentleman who served us couldn't have been more helpful, a beautiful selection of bright flowers, excellent quality, value for money and great customer service. Will be back when visiting again thank you.

I had ordered a posy of flowers for my mother's interrment. I arrived to collect them and I was greeted by the most beautiful arrangement of pastel hues that were tastefully presented in an oasis. The flowers were absolutely stunning and my mum would have been thrilled as was I. It is not the first time I have ordered flowers from the Hanging Basket and it won't be the last. I have never been disappointed. Their attention to detail and first class handiwork as well as their welcoming friendliness make them my go to florist in Lancaster . I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much
