Contacted Dalby Fire Group in relation to CCTV system for my home. Both Chris and Richard were incredibly helpful and tailored a package to suit our requirments and budget. Their whole approach was relaxed and consultative with no pressure. They kept us informed throughout, installation was quicker than expected and with a full demonstration backed up with great aftercare with any questions I had. I can't recommend Dalby Fire Group highly enough. Great people installing quality products. Recommend to all.

We had Dalby Fire Group - Richard, The alarm specialist, to fit not just one alarm, but two. The first alarm was in a holiday cottage. We were looking for a reliable and up to date system with lots of functionality. We were not disappointed. We got a smart, reliable system, that we can depend on and can control all of the functions on our telephone. We can set the system, and unset the system from anywhere we happen to be. All in all .......perfect. Our second alarm was fitted at home, part wireless and part wired. All of the major rooms in the house had an alarm sensor and, in addition, we had three smoke detectors fitted, linked to the system. The garden shed and the summerhouse both had detectors fitted to the door and shock detectors fitted to the windows. All of the above could be operated by our phone. Richard was a very organised, competent snd tidy worker. Nothing was too much trouble; it is indeed rare to find such a good and skilful tradesman. We have already had Richard back to help us with some of our other electrical problems. You couldn't do better than having Dalby Fire to fix your problem. John and Sue Scott, Ingleton.
